Christmas 2014

As you can tell from this picture, we are a super happy family!

We took a trip up to Salt Lake City with Shay's side of the family
 to enjoy the lights on Temple Square.

The cousins fought over who got to hold Luke.
Above are some of the boy cousins that were with us.
The lights were beautiful and Luke had a blast!

During the Christmas break we decided to take Luke on a train ride up to Salt Lake.  Luke loved the train and made friends with the passengers around him.  He is such a social bug!

January 2015

February 2015
Trip to Israel
 
Winnie's parents surprised their children and spouses with an all expense paid trip to the Holy Lands in Israel.  We were completely shocked and surprised!  So in February of 2015 we made arrangements for Luke to stay with my family and we took off with Winnie's parents, siblings and in-laws to spend a week in Israel.  It was even better than we could have imagined.  So grateful to Winnie's parents for the once in a life time opportunity!

Trip up American Fork Canyon

 We went with friends up American Fork Canyon to have a picnic dinner.  We all crammed into the our friend's SUV (They have two kids) so that we could enjoy the drive up together.
We love the outdoors, being active and spending time with good friends!




 July of 2015


Meet up with two friends and their kids to visit the Tracy Aviary.
Luke loved seeing all the fun birds and having friends to play with.  We have bought yearly passes for water parks, plays, and museums so we can create great memories!


September 2015

We took Luke to see the ocean in Southern California for the first time.  He LOVED it!
We were able to rent a beach condo with my brother, sister-in-law and their four kids.

The above picture melts my heart!  Shay is such a great hands on dad!

 Luke has a very special relationship with each of his grandparents!

Our families love to play games (As you can see Winnie's dad holding Luke while playing Pinnacle with us).
We often play pinnacle, Settlers of Catan, Dominion, Monopoly, Wacky 6s, Ticket to Ride.....
just to name a few.

Couple Activities

Going to the temple:

 The Gospel of Jesus Christ is central in our lives.
We strongly believe in Jesus Christ and feel blessed to be able to attend the temple on a regular basis.

Clowning around:

This is a photo of us goofing off at a museum.  We are always are having fun together and laughing with each other.

Night Out at an Italian Restaurant:

We like date nights where we can try out different cultural restaurants and have new experiences.
