We feel it is important that there be an open communication between the birth parent(s), child, and those wishing to adopt. We look forward to having a wonderful relationship with our birth parent(s), where we can exchange emails, photos, letters, blogs, as well as enjoy visits and open communication.
We currently enjoy a very open adoption with both Luke's birth parents and extended family. We feel it is such a blessing to everyone involved and love it. We have really grown to love one another deeply and have formed a special bond. If you would be interested, they have offered to communicate with anyone who might be interested in learning more about what it is like to place a child with us and their experience in having an open adoption with our family. We are so grateful that they are willing to recommend and share their experiences with others!
